Classified portal for real estate developers to showcase their residential projects.

SEAANT R&D Lab product.

There was no exclusive online portal to look for new residential real estate projects in India. The existing real estate portals were catering to all segments such as rental, second sale, land, commercial, industrial etc.

The portal was developed as a clean and simple looking site where more than 300 data points for each project was captured and shown. A sophisticated content management system was part of the product for administering the content uploads.

Portal showcased more than 500 projects from about 200 developers from across India.
